Just the Best !!!

A fantastic team that know how to treat the customer. Friendly & informative they kept us updated every step of the way. The quality of work was outstanding too. We hand all doors & windows replaced during the cold snap last month, temps were - 3/-5°c & yet they showed up on time every day & had a smile on their face. Plenty of tea & coffee ( and the odd bacon butty) kept them going until it was all done.

Cestrian Glazing have done an excellent job in repairing shoddy workmanship carried out by a previous glazier when the house was first built. Kevin and James were prompt, polite, friendly, and very clean workers. No mess left behind. Nothing was too much trouble, it was like having old friends around to do the job. They made sure we were happy with the work carried out before they left. NO MORE DRAUGHTS. We would not hesitate in recommending Cestrian Glazing to anyone. We are absolutely over the moon with our recently fitted new windows. They have made such a difference to both the cold and the drafts that our house has endured over the last 20 years.

We changed the whole design and the windows from the existing format and we are extremely pleased with the result. The whole experience during the final week of fitting went like a dream. The fitter guys were very professional and their attention to detail was second to none.

In particular we would like to thank Ian and Jamie who worked like trojans even on the rainy days. They make a fantastic working team. they worked on the extra window we ordered for the front of the house on a separate day a couple of weeks later and again the finishing touches made such a difference. Perfection was their goal and they got there effortlessly.

Damian’s team fitted our home with new windows throughout in May 2019 including a large, 2 storey curved bay window and Rockdoor composite front door. The whole experience is exactly what you want. Measurements and surveys are done by a professional who’s in a position to talk through your options in an informative way. No hard sell here! Installation went extremely well in difficult weather conditions. The installation team took their time with a real emphasis on doing the job right rather than quickly. We recently required a minor adjustment on the front door. The installation team were here within a couple of hours to sort this, we’d have had to jump through hoops to get this sorted with the nationals. A great advertisement for shopping local!

The whole team we’re really professional and courteous; they kept the mess to a minimum throughout each day and did a fully clean up every evening before they left (which was great with young children in the house) They hit a few unexpected issues along the way due to it being an older house, but they dealt with it all very efficiently and it didn’t increase the cost. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they even mocked up several samples for our stained glass panels until we were completely happy. Replacement windows - excellent design and fitting service

Cestrian installed all the windows in a property we have been restoring. We are absolutely delighted with both the service and quality of the finished product. The attention to detail was second to none and it is very refreshing to employ a firm that genuinely offers excellent personal service. The job required particular expertise as the windows are not of standard size or design and the circular bay windows had to be specially made but Cestrian took the time and trouble to ensure that they matched the original windows perfectly. The price was very competitive and we would have no hesitation in recommending Cestrian if you are considering installing replacement windows.

We needed someone with a long experience who would be able to fit the window to the highest standards, ensuring all gaps were neatly sealed inside and out, in order to make the window sill and the wall cavity draught proof. These guys were perfectionists and went over and above to make sure the finish was absolutely flawless, they filled around the cavity, made the window sill completely flat (our old one was slanted by a whole inch), battled a wonky ceiling and still managed to make the inside of the window neatly sealed all around the wall. Since we only wanted one window, they managed to slot us into their schedule faster than any other company would of. We would highly recommend Cestrian Glazing to anyone in the area, as they provide the highest quality frames and glass and a professional fitting, all at the cheapest price in the region.

Last Monday (13/7/15) we had an emergency due a fire, we called Cestrian in the afternoon and they promised to be with us by approx. 4.30 pm. They arrived good as their word and carried out temporary repairs and said they would try to get the glass for the next day. Again as good as their word they did fit the new window.
